LEVELS

 

Beginner

Intermediate

A dynamic class blending strength, moblity, and control. Expect creative variations, moderate spring changes and smooth sequencing to elevate your experience.

Advanced

Perfect control, advanced sequencing and strong spring resistence. This classs is designed for clients confident in technique and ready to push their limits safely. 

Mixed Level

Our signature Reformer class blending strength, control and dynamic flow. Suitable for all levels, this class offers progressive options so beginners feel supported while experienced clients stay challenged. Expect a balanced, full-body workout with a focus on technique, posture and core connection.

Sculpt and Glutes

A targed core-focused class that strengthens the deeo adbdominal obliques and lower back. Perfcet for anyone wanting a stronger centre or looking to enhance performnance in other classes. A powerful lowerbody session designed to lift shape and strengthen the glutes using targeted reformer techniques, controlled resistance and deep muscle activation. Expect a combination of slow, juocy burn work and dynamic glute-power moves that challenge your stablity and ignite every part of your lower body.

Pre-Natal (Pregnancy Safe)

A gentle supportive class designed for expecting mothers in all trimesters (with clearance). the session focuses on: Stregthening pelvic floor snd deep core safely, Improving posture as the body changes, Maintaining moblity and genthle stregth & Reducing tension in hips, back and shoulders. Movements are modified to ensure comfort, safety and empowerment throughout pregnancy.

Post-Natal Restore

A nurturing restorative class created for mothers returning to movement (from 6-12 weeks postpartum with clearance). This class helps you rebuild deep core and pelvic floor strength, restore posture and mobility, ease tention from feeding holding and daily routines & reconnect with your body at a slow pace. Safe slow and intentionally supportive. Ideal for returning to regular class

All male class

 A Reformer class tailored for men, focusing on strength, mobility and athletic conditioning. Expect powerful sequences that target the core, upper body and hips, while improving flexibility and posture.
Perfect for men looking to enhance training performance, relieve stiffness and build functional strength.

All female class

A supportive, empowering Reformer class designed for women of all fitness levels. This session targetscore strength, glutes, posture and overall mobility  with exercises tailored to women's biomechanics. Expect a sculpting, lengthening flow that builds confidence, strength and body awareness.
