- Who can use the intro offer?
- New clients to Thirty Eleven Pilates only. One per person.
- How long does it last?
- Your two classes are valid for two weeks from the day of your first booking.
- Can I book any class?
- Yes — reformer, mat, hot mat, barre, sculpt, core & glutes and stretch are all included. Mums & baby and 1:1 sessions are separate.
- What happens after my two classes?
- Join a monthly membership or buy a class pack — both discounted for intro-offer graduates within 14 days of finishing.
- Is it refundable?
- The intro offer is non-refundable, but if you're injured or unwell we'll happily pause and restart.
